Narayan Hegde is a senior research analyst on the convertible arbitrage investment team. Prior to joining Tenor in 2010, Narayan invested in high-yield and convertible bonds at Radcliffe Capital Management, a convertible bond arbitrage hedge fund, and distressed debt and equities at Highland Capital Partners. Narayan was previously a Director at TD Securities, where he advised media and telecommunications companies on raising capital and M&A. Narayan received an MBA from the Sloan School of Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
